Elizabeth was born in Victoria, Marion County, Tennessee and died July 6, 1962 in Miami, Florida. She married Charles Henry Kelly December 30, 1909, in Marion County, Tennessee. The wedding took place at the home of the bride's parents, Mr and Mrs. W. M. Lay, and the ceremony was performed by Rev. S. B. Tuttle of Chattanooga. Only the family and a few close friends were present. Mr. Kelly who was formerly of the county, holds a position with the Southern Express Co. of Chattanooga. He is a son of the late Eli T. Kelly. The happy couple left after the ceremony for Chattanooga where they will go to housekeeping at 215 East Terrace. They moved to Miami, Florida in 1923. Charles was born December 12, 1879 and died April 27, 1961 in Miami, Florida, and buried in Flagler Memorial Park, Miami, Florida along with Elizabeth.319
